Welcome to Eons Essence. Placing an order on this site means you accept the terms below, so please read them.

2. Who may buy

Purchases are open to anyone aged 18 or over with a valid means of payment and a working email address.

3. Our products

We sell skeleton-style fashion watches. Photos and videos on the site are for illustration, and there may be slight differences in color or lighting between an image and the watch itself. Our descriptions represent each watch as faithfully as we can.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Israeli shekels (ILS) and US dollars (USD).
• We are registered as an exempt small business in Israel, so no VAT is added to the price.
• You can pay with PayPal or by card through Tranzila. A receipt is emailed to you after payment.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has gone through.

5. Shipping

• We ship within Israel and worldwide.
• Delivery time: 5–14 business days from order confirmation.
• Shipping is free.
• For orders outside Israel, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.
• If a shipment is delayed, we will let you know promptly.

6. Cancellations and returns

In line with Israeli consumer protection law:

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the watch or the order-details document, whichever is later.
• To cancel, email Eons.Essence@gmail.com or call +972-52-224-2689 with your name and order number.
• The watch must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.
• Your refund is made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the same payment method you used.
• The cost of returning the watch to us is paid by the customer.
• If the watch arrived faulty or different from what you ordered, no cancellation fee applies; we cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund – your choice.

7. Warranty

Our watches carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage, impact damage, water entry beyond the stated resistance, normal strap wear, or opening and repair by anyone else. For warranty service, email us.

8. Intellectual property

The Eons Essence name, design, texts, photos and videos on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

10. Privacy

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms and every purchase on this site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
