Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 3, 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse and shop on our site with ease. We are working to align the site with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What we have done

• The site adapts to phones, tablets and computers.
• Clear heading structure, and light text on a dark background with high contrast.
• Text can be enlarged through your browser without breaking the layout.
• Videos never play automatically and have standard playback controls.
• Pages can be navigated by keyboard, with the focused element clearly marked.
• The site is available in Hebrew, English and Arabic.

Still in progress

We are still improving the site, and some parts may not yet be fully accessible – for example, our videos do not have captions yet. If you run into any difficulty, we would really like to hear about it.

Accessibility coordinator

Please contact us about any accessibility issue; we will do our best to fix it and get back to you promptly. You are also welcome to order by phone or email, and we will help you through every step.
