Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, shipping address, phone, email and order details.
• When you contact us: the details you give us and your message.
• When you browse the site: general browsing data, such as pages viewed, device type and country, as well as clicks and scrolling on pages, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Your card details never reach us. Payment is handled directly by PayPal or Tranzila on their own secure payment pages.

How we use it

• To process your order, ship your watch and issue a receipt.
• To answer your questions, handle cancellations and returns, and provide service.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping records for tax purposes.
• To send news about new collections – only if you have explicitly agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us.

You are not legally required to give us this information, but without it we cannot complete your order.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us serve you:

• Payment providers (PayPal, Tranzila).
• The shipping company, to deliver your package.
• Our website host (Hostinger) and our receipt software.
• Google, which provides our Google Analytics visitor statistics.
• Microsoft, which provides the Clarity service we use to analyse how the site is used.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to handle your order and provide service, and afterwards for the period the law requires (for example, for tax purposes). Information we no longer need is deleted.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (SSL), access to information is limited to the business owner, and our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. No system is completely immune, but we take every reasonable step to protect your information.

Cookies

Our site uses Google Analytics to learn how many people visit, where they come from and which pages they view. For this, Google stores cookies in your browser and collects general browsing data, such as device type and country. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and moving between pages) so we can improve it, and it stores cookies too. If you arrive through a partner's link, the site stores that partner's code in your browser for 30 days so we know who referred you, and attaches it to your order. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working normally. Payment providers may use cookies on their own payment pages, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it (subject to what the law requires us to keep). Write to us at Eons.Essence@gmail.com and we will reply promptly.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with its date.
